TTRPGs are expensive. D&D is especially expensive. I think it's why TTRPGs have never truly gained mass appeal and remain niche. I think it's why the faces of the hobby are often white, middle class and above. Same goes for the people making games. It's the biggest barrier to entry in this hobby.

Oh, this sucks immensely. Bithell Games never made a bad game, and they just released Tron: Catalyst, which seemed to fly under everyone's radar.

Really hope that everyone can find new work soon. They deserve it.

CAN CONFIRM. Riot's mods are immediately nuking any mention of mastercard, and giving lengthy chat timeouts for otherwise innocuous comments.

unsure how effective comments will be w/o absolutely massive numbers, but its EXTREMELY telling that mastercard feels they have to resort to this.

Scav Prototype by Orsoniks Scavenging survival game demo

This weekend I think I'll take a stab at Scav Prototype, a WIP game that has been popular in some circles on YouTube and is a rising star on Itch.

A physics-driven caving survival sim where you're a furry critter and every one of your organs is simulated, and so many horrible things can happen.

Another thing that people need reminding on: 'Don't yuck someone's yum' applies when they have questionable taste and are having harmless fun because of it. Just don't be a dick.

It does not mean 'Do not criticise people actively funding bigotry because it brings them tangential entertainment'.

Psycutlery is on Steam! You should play it! It's a really good, very silly 2D platformer yeaaaaars in development. Also the spiritual successor (same dev, same core mechanics) as classic fangame Psycho Waluigi.

Again, this is 100% classic freeware. Not a microtransaction in sight. Go try it out!

Nice! When reviewed Terra Nil at launch, my only real issue with it is that it never gave its ideas long enough to properly explore them.

They've released several updates since that fix exactly that. Great little puzzle-strategy game and an easy recommendation.
