This wasn't a slip-up. Someone had to find footage from MONTHS ago of Trump without a hat, and then someone had to add graphics to intentionally mislead viewers to think what they were seeing occurred yesterday. Fox is *still* misleading viewers—after paying $787.5 million for misleading viewers.
