He's the sort of thing you step in and immediately try and wipe it off on grass.
He's gonna have to announce Epstein file releases and prosecutions to distract from his disastrous Middle East adventurism.

Sure, you can use garlic, but that’s really a Western corruption of the ancient Japanese practice. If you want to be fully authentic, it’s necessary to use fresh wasabi.

Can this be a solution?
Yeah. So the tax cuts that 165, hour travel each way, 2 hours on site and they won't comp parking. So we're at 4 hours already + costs. Plus one doesn't generate an hour of high speed material in an hour so toss in prep time. All of a sudden Home Depot looks attractive.
And what's the opportunity cost?
The other thing about professors is they have Faculty Activity Reports to fill and salaries that help subsidize stuff. For me it's a case of, when the tax is paid and all the time is taken into account, can I make more per hour than at McDs.

Depends on field, but the very best in mine and adjacent? $2k + expenses is the absolute minimum you'd expect to pay - that's with friends and family discount and a lot of goodwill. I'm nowhere near that scale, well under half.

Needs one of these.

You'd be able to see it from space!
Even when I gave them my price I was doing them a favour. I'm not in the business of subsidizing a multimillion dollar R1 university while they're charging for entry.
Stimulus package for Scania.
I can imagine.
That doesn't even get you to first base.
I was just offered $165 for an hour lecture + 30 mins q&a for a paying audience. Honey, I'm cheap but I'm not that cheap.
