#4 - The graphic, the disgusting, the depraved.

Soiled clothing, shocking nudity. Bring it on! If you can't handle the heat, go play Micro Machines.

(Had to censor the second ad to avoid trouble. We’re not brave enough for Pro Boarder!)

#3 - The creepy.

Nothing like a little dread to make you want to spend your money!
Sony were absolutely the best at this. No notes.

#2 - The unnecessarily horny.

The classic way to get attention.
Bold strategy to use sex appeal for marketing Micro Machines. Let's see if it pays off 🤔

I like to divide them into 4 styles.

#1 - The vivid, surprising imagery. It takes a moment to get the joke, or maybe they leave you clueless altogether.
What did they mean by that Devil May Cry ad? 🤨

Some of these are in Finnish, so I added translations.

We're a game company full of millennials - of course we have a collection of vintage game magazines at the office! 📰
