Another win for affordable housing! CLT received new MA funding as part of Gov. Healey's big push for 1,245 new rental homes. Our portion will fund 16 brand new units for people coming out of homelessness. Many, many thanks to the Healey-Driscoll administration!
We got a Cummings grant! We are SO EXCITED to join the incredible company of nonprofits and changemakers who are leading the way in Cummings' $30 Million Grant Program. This grant will support critical building upgrades for our resident seniors aging in place. Thank you, Cummings Foundation!

Today we were thrilled to host United Way of Massachusetts Bay in a hard hat tour of one of our new developments in Dorchester! The property will create 26 permanently affordable units for people coming out of homelessness.
