Die @fau.de behauptet auf ihrer Website dieses. Das ist #Quatschjura. Eine solche Verpflichtung existiert nicht, das Verbot ist rechtswidrig. Jede·r Angehörige der Uni könnte Feststellungsklage (§ 43 VwGO) ergeben. Diese wäre zulässig und sehr sicher auch begründet.

interesting to think that revolutionary era americans understood themselves as making a break with the “old world” and establishing a new civilization. and crucially, this new civilization rested on republican self-government, not “sovereignty.”

Condorcet setzte sich bereits vor der Revolution für die Abschaffung der Sklaverei ein. Ein ernsthafter Versuch, eine gesellschaftliche Fortschrittsutopie wiederzubeleben, muss sich mit den Universalismusdiskussionen postkolonialer Theoretiker*innen auseinandersetzen.
