I'm not going to scold anyone about how to protest. But I do have some personal hesitancy about the thought of reporting from the front line of a protest that is set for the exact bridge in Dallas where the police assaulted and kettled hundreds of people five years ago.
Being on social media in 2025 also means accepting that a % of people who engage with you will be annoying on *every* platform. The difference is degree of toxicity and moderation.
