The Times hit with legal complaint over scathing Scots poet review A NEWSPAPER has been made the subject of a legal complaint after appearing to suggest that a Scottish poet had committed plagiarism.

She's not my thing at all, and the critic is entitled to say he dislikes her stuff, but the plagiarism accusations seem unreasonable and "worst poet since McGonagall" is hyperbolic in the extreme.

Their FB pages in particular are rife with racist, bigoted and violent comments.
