Not even close. The sheer amount of commercials killed it. Completely took me out of the experience. Split screen ads, to come back to the ceremony only long enough to see the rings form, then immediately to a full commercial break? Beautiful moment with Andrea & the flame to immediately go to ads?😡

While there were enough cool moments to make the opening ceremonies worth watching (no spoilers, in case anyone recorded them), the sheer amount of ads was excessive. Totally took me out of the experience. They'd go to a full break, come back for maybe 2 minutes, if that, then do split screen ads.

It's not like the numbers were small or easy to miss. She got one of my "you're too much of an idiot to even engage with" blocks. Like, come on y'all. We *really* need you to engage those critical thinking skills.

🤦‍♀️Some people really need to double check their posts. I just saw one where a woman posted about the biodegradable tea cup she had received, saying she couldn't figure out how to fold the flaps and be able to drink it properly. She included photos. Those photos clearly showed NUMBERED INSTRUCTIONS.
