Parenting during the toddler years is just begging a fiercely grinning destruction gremlin to please not accidentally kill you or themselves.

I find this approach pretty intuitive, and certainly more easily adapted to a novice training level. I tried the Daniels Running Formula approach before finding this site, and I found the workouts way too hard, and progressing way too fast. I injured myself pretty quickly.

If you’ve been doing consistent volume for a while you can probably handle some more structured speed workouts. I’ve been using John Davis’ Running Writings for about 9 months, and have brought things down about 45 sec in that time, coming from a base of lots of volume, very little speed.

Going from 8 to 6 is definitely within reach if you’re training specifically for it. Im on a similar journey right now. Are you using a particular training system or book or just winging it?

If it’s the future, but it’s not commercially viable to license all those works, then…tough shit? Maybe it was never meant to be, and that’s fine.

The problem is it doesn’t meet any of the thresholds for fair use. It is obviously, nakedly commercial. It copies whole works, not parts of works. It does not recontextualize, it appropriates. And it absolutely lessens the commercial viability of the original.
