This is simple.

Get lots of sleep. Wake up at 5, run 6 miles. Have 8 tacos and 8 beers. Down for a nap by 8, up at noon for 4 miles., followed by 8 tacos and 2 more beers. Nap again, wake up at 5 or 6, polish off the balance over the next 7 hours as you see fit.
