And a turnaround!

He's about 20" long from his nose to the tip of the tail and stuffed with polyfil and plastic pellets for a pleasant weighted flop.

More backlog posting! I made this guy a few months back for @yksoba.art. I absolutely love Soba's design - it's so pleasantly simple, and his little ponytail and neck ruff are too cute! Not to mention those spotty paw pads! <3

Here's a turnaround too, though for some reason the video kind of exaggerated the shine. They're made from Super Sculpey polymer clay and painted with acrylic paints and ended up being a bit over 4" tall.

One of my most special projects I've gotten to make - a sculpture to top the newlyweds' @cassmutt.bsky.social and @jtudyks.bsky.social wedding cake! It had been years since I'd sculpted anything but it was so much fun to jump back into for something so meaningful. Congrats again, you two 🥰

They totally are! On one hand they're quicker projects since they're small and I can get all the embroidery for them done on one frame! On the other...they're SMALL so they're tedious to line everything up and sew together lol. With everything taken into account, they take about 3-4 days for me!

We had to say goodbye to our girl Skyler this weekend. She made it to an impressive 15 years old, 12 of which we were lucky enough to spend with her. She was truly the best dog I ever could have asked for and I couldn’t be more thankful for the time we had together 💔

Trying to start sharing some backlog work from the last two months! Here was my half of a trade for @nerdybeast.bsky.social in return for Pokemon cards! Koby is such a cute character and I *had* to include his little snake pal Sascha (who can wrap around his neck, paw, or tail!)

Exactly! So ridiculous. How hard could it be to just re-book him, we still paid for the journey. Ugh. Still fighting through another organization as a last resort, but after being denied anything from the airlines themselves, I don't have much hope. 🙃

Ugh, it WAS...and I know it's also on us to know what documents are needed, but it was a surprise for just a layover and I also kind of expect the airline to inform us of it more than a day prior. And to not let us on the plane if we're going to be stopped midway through. x_x

I know I haven't been super active lately, but my husband and I just went through some major travel issues on a recent trip that cost us well over 1000€. I really hate asking for support, but this has been a huge hit on us financially and anything would help! :c
