Why is no-one bothered by the fact that they made him old? He was 32 when he died, and that dude looks at least 40. This wouldn't bother me nearly as much if female actors weren't getting so much younger all the time. (Like 30-somethings playing grandmothers.)

A thought I never thought I'd have: does it count as historical fiction if it's set in the 80's?

Thought of the moment: when they take a product and show it a picture of a truffle, it increases the price. It makes me think of homeopathics.

I still came out of it better than those unfortunate souls who're convinced that 1900 was a leap year...

Things about which my parents lied to me: they said the year 2000 was a leap year because it was divisible by 1000, when, in fact, it was because it was divisible by 400. Everything I thought I knew is potentially one day off. 😱

I was actually thinking about her yesterday and, honest to god(s), I couldn't remember her name. I remembered the lettuce, though.

I would like to take this opportunity to remind the world that I'd been wearing yellow way before it was cool again. And I was right to think that mustard was a gateway colour to much funner stuff. 💛 It's always such a joy to see when they start them young.
