We have been learning about nets of 3D shapes. Today in maths, we worked with a partner to build 3D shapes of our choice from their nets!

Yesterday, we chose a rainforest animal of our choice to research and create a fact file on. Some of us chose to create posters, whilst others made digital presentations to share with the class!

Today we learned about the climate of different rainforests and had a go at being weather reporters to share our findings with the class! 🗞️🚨
We have had a fantastic #EuropeanDayofLanguages in P5P. We listened to stories in Greek and French, created presentations on national animals on Canva and continued learning a language of our own choice on Duolingo!👏 @missmcguckinbps.bsky.social

On Monday we worked together in teams to complete a variety of different STEM related challenges🧑🔬 Our favourite was definitely the ‘Saving Sam’ gummy worm challenge!

This morning we used Connectors Books independently for the first time 📚🤩 These books allow us to teach each other key reading skills including predicting, questioning and summarising! Super teamwork everyone 🌟

Miss Mitchell gave out a copy of Glow log ins and went over how pupils can log in on any device at home. If there are any problems, pupils can ask for a paper copy📚

We have started a Fitness block in PE! Yesterday we moved round different stations in partners and talked about how exercising effects the body💪🏃
