Although there are many retopology tools out there, they focus on "replace your whole mesh will a smooth curvature solid".
These are the reason that I made Beta Quad. And Delta Quad is my second trial 🙂
3. Partial Quad conversion : This is the biggest one. I want to select "One face" , and convert it to quad. Leave the other nearby face "Unchanged". Then I can do it for another face. I want to control the workflow 100% on my hand, step by step.

The reason is that :
1. Cross platform: I want to use pure Python to make it. So it will ensure that it works on all OS and CPU, eg : intel, ARM, Apple M1. If you can run Blender, you can run my quad tool.
I will keep trying to improve Delta Quad😇
It is the most "Loved" tool that I make in recent years.
Starting from the beginning, Beta Quad is my first trial. Quad tool is the "holy grail" of modeling tool. As a addon developer, I always want to challenge.😄

This year many things happened. Sometimes it as stressful for me. But we need to work hard for our living.

It makes me both sad and annoyed that students are taught to avoid #ngons. I don't mind that if you don't know how to teach advanced topics to encourage students to look into it on their own time.
But to teach ngons are wrong? That's irresponsible and destructive for their growth as artists.
