I had a few figures from that era. I think all the dinos had that jp logo in the same place. And I thought that was a weird decision.

You stuck the gun in water and pumped the tank to fill it. Then you could squeeze the tank to squirt dinos.
Even as a kid I knew the action figure didn't really make sense? But it was neat on it's own, and the little dino was cute.
