I imagine it’s the show flat (was in my case) then shortly after the first people started completing they all appeared. You’ll be fine, they take a while to send that stuff over anyway, same with sorting out gas/electric suppliers - nothing happens quickly especially with a new build!

I can also answer this, there’s a form you can fill out online to tell them there’s a new address, but idk if they do anything with it. Usually it won’t take long for them to sort out and it appear on the address finder - especially for a block of flats

They have a fob/code, other delivery services will rely on you (or a neighbour) being in to let them in. From experience of this in my building Amazon gets in fine as there’s usually several flats being delivered to at the same time

Yeahh, the thing is this area is nice and I like it, getting in/out of central is quick and easy so that’s not a problem either. Like during the day or in the evening it’s all good. It’s late at night that it becomes a pain and I’m finding myself doing more late at night things again now :/

I’ve also realised that maybe I’ve made a very big and expensive mistake moving to where I live as it’s physically detached me from a lot of things :/

Idk if it’s just my mood being down in general at the moment because work has been monumentally crap the past few weeks among other things but I’m just trying desperately hard to put time in with people but still feel like this :/ idk how to sort it out

Last year I was an expired railcard for Halloween, this year I’m just going as myself - expired.

Another observation is just how quickly it heats up, my previous flat had hot water (via a traditional gas boiler) underfloor heating and whilst nice under foot, that took forever to warm up

This one with traditional radiators but a communal heat source is far far quicker

Decided to at least test the heating this morning, discovered the valve to my bedroom radiator wasn’t even open so glad I checked it all working before the cold weather hits!

I’m pleasantly surprised how my flat seems to maintain a constant 22°C without even putting the heating on yet. Being well insulated and in the middle of the block definitely helps
