Could be the opposite of course, but there are enough resonances with other 'Coptic' art to make Roman source more likely.

This late Roman silk fragment from Egypt, in @ (L), makes me think that the contemporary woollen tunic of Yingpan Man in the Tarim Basin is really of Roman origin (which I had rather doubted) - some remarkable similarities.

The Merton Head, carved stone head with coronet with traces of gilt.

This stone head with coronet was found on the site of Merton Priory, Surrey, in 1797. The diplomat and collector Sir William Hamilton FSA presented the head on behalf of the Priory’s landowner to the Society in 1802.

An account called MAGA Nadine writes: You go to work and find this. What would you do? The attached pic is an AI image that shows a microwave. The microwave has a sign that says "For religious reasons, this microwave is now making halal food only." The account is based in Morocco.

An account called America First posts an AI image of Tulsi Gabbard. They wrote: How would you rate your trust in Tulsi Gabbard on a scale of 1-10?

Twitter pays people based on engagement (views, retweets, comments, etc). It appears that many MAGA accounts are based abroad and they use AI technology to generate low-effort rage bait.

My guess is that this will get worse as AI tech improves. For instance, fake videos of minorities doing crime.

The particular importance of this discovery lies in the almost undisturbed state of the ruins and the objects within the structure, which were crushed and sealed by the collapsed roof. The building was not completely excavated; the focus was on a room of approximately 23 m2, interpreted as a domestic space, based on two built-in hearths and a large variety of household goods. The exceptional state of preservation of the room and its objects at the time of its destruction made this space ideal for scientific and graphic reconstruction. Thus, a virtual 3D reconstruction was developed to reliably reproduce an ordinary living space within a Greek town during the 5th century BC for the scientific and general communities. These finds also enable the assessment of the viability of rather crude ideas regarding the appearance of these living spaces and their function. This paper will discuss the theoretical reasoning and methodological approach behind this endeavour.
