sometimes i catch myself thinking about the few good times we had in that friendship but i know it's best i keep away from them
a bit different situation but this makes me think of someone i used to try and reason with, someone who didn't care about me as much as they said they did, and eventually i just had to walk away because i realized they were never going to bother to work on themselves and their narc behaviors.
