Also going for some magic charms might not be a bad idea. They never really give you chances to heal (unless there are none on the field and you're waiting for the next one to spawn). So put that Soul to use on offense. And all three spells have an upgraded version you can find for more oomph.

Above the elevator to the Watcher Knights, you can break the ceiling and reach a chain holding up a chandelier. Break and drop it to permanently remove one of the knights, making the fight much easier.
But they're a rough late game fight. Definitely explore other areas for upgrades if you can.

I've played Silksong for 7 hours straight. Have not heard a single "SHAW!"

Then near the FINALE of this massive time sink, they throw a weapon that requires a previous ONE OF A KIND weapon that they allow you to sell that becomes obsolete after a while and "Oopsie doopsie, the ultimate weapon you did every sidequest for? Can't get it now, screw you." Kinda killed my vibe.

Final Fantasy 16 is a real dick. Its equipment progression is super linear and there's no reason to hold on to older stuff. There's a few special weapons you can't sell because they get upgraded into better ones at certain points. But if you're allowed to sell it, it's worth selling once outclassed.
