Then a “national unity crisis” → a sovereignty referendum.

Now a “crisis of confidence” in the courts → defunding judges.

There is no evidence of these crises.

The UCP is trying to manufacture them.

We really do need to stop and think before assuming the worst of people. "Dumb stuff" from my past might have been a lifetime trigger for my equally dumb friends. I am sure some ended up in a bad place.

Danielle Smith removed AB lawyers ability to punish members for activity outside direct legal work. This was done entirely because she needs to protect her separatist compatriots. What has the AB legal community done in return? A few signed a letter. Looks like they agree.

We did S Vancouver Island last fall. Drove to Tsawwassen, bike on the ferry to Sidney then Sooke, Port Renfrew, Lake Cowichan, Nanaimo, ferry back to Tsawwassen. It was amazing.

The UCP have one goal - power. If they maintain that under US military occupation, even better. Yes, what Danielle Smith is doing is treason.

I genuinely hope the RCMP and CSIS are taking this seriously. The UCP sees the blatant criminality in the US as a stretch target but achievable with enough US support. Keep calling it what it is - treason.
