International human rights laws, and the ECHR, will be subject to change over the coming years. The question now is: who will lead this change?

The Tories can’t have it both ways.

Do they support investment in our NHS, and the difficult decisions made to pay for it?

Or are they happy with growing waiting lists, crumbling hospitals and more ill-health?

Until they answer that, they are not remotely serious.

The Chancellor changed Tory fiscal rules last autumn so we could properly invest in Britain’s security and prosperity. This was the change the country needed - and voted for.

Very strong statement from the Prime Minister. The Leader of the Opposition, meanwhile, never fails to get the tone wrong.

Looks like not a single one of Reform UK's five MPs made it into the Commons for David Lammy's update on a momentous week for Ukraine.

(Two of them were present for the UQ on electric cars minutes before, but then left the chamber).

The most striking result from yesterday’s German election #btw2025 🇩🇪:

🔹 35 years after reunification: The GDR is redrawn on this map.
🔹 The AfD won 45 out of 48 electoral districts in the East.
🔹 In some parts of Saxony, they came close to 50%!
