As it turns out, I'm spreading misinformation. The video's title is actually "I HATE MARIO KART WORLD". I just forgot that I have an extension that un-clickbaits titles and thumbnails. So in a way, I'm clickbaiting myself. Whatever, the point still stands. It just makes it worse.

The Legend of Zelda was an OVERRATED flop *vine boom*. And Mario Kart Wii is actually the best one, because "muh childhood, muh childhood".

You're right, actually. Come to think of it, Super Mario Kart was the only good entry in the franchise. Everything after that was way too easy. In fact, anyone that uses smart steering has such a MASSIVE skill issue.

That's it. Next video I make, I'm writing off the NES entirely. Just for the slander.

Man, I can't wait to get around to covering Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz when the time is right. That'll slap folks across the face with what an actual bad game looks like.

And before anyone says anything, I'm not saying you're not allowed to critique a game like Mario Kart. That'd be extremely childish. But when you frame your critique in such a blatant and bad faith way like this, especially when the game's polish speaks for itself, why would I want to hear you out?

As petty as this sounds, you make a video with a thumbnail like this, I'm blocking your channel. I get it. "Muh algorithm." But it's painfully obvious that the game is simply just not for you, and framing a game that's this high quality as ObJeCtIvElY bAd is just self-projection and disingenuous.

I would do anything to have a proper archive of the Mario Party 5 website. I spend so much time playing those silly minigames, you have no idea!

An isolated idea is still an idea nonetheless.

From a gameplay standpoint, I'd say so. They added a jump button which is really satisfying to use and allows for insane shortcuts, and fusing cars together is a fun mechanic. The track selection is much smaller, but it's quality > quantity, and they're adding more through free updates.

If you want another small game to play, I don't know how big of an interest you have in racing games beyond Mario Kart, but if you ask me, Fast Fusion is a must-play. It's dirt cheap, has great mechanics and track design, and is very challenging.

The fact that we have to do so much research in order to figure out what's optimized for Switch 2 with our purchases and what's not is ridiculous. I give massive props to those that keep it simple. No Man's Sky got a Switch 2 upgrade pack for completely free even for physical owners.

It's a shame we're at this point where I see a Switch 2 game and ask myself what's the catch, especially as someone that still cares about physical media. If this keeps up, my collection is sadly going to look a lot smaller than any of my other consoles when all is said and done.

That's what Donkey Kong Bananza was missing this entire time. Maybe then the game would've received a 95 on Metacritic instead of a criminal 91.

I looked into it, and you can play the main party game in 1440p through Jamboree TV mode. You just lose out on pro rules. Why they didn't apply the upscale to the full game is beyond me. This isn't that graphically intense of a game.

Sugar On My Tongue, Sucka Free, and especially Ring Ring Ring are basically guaranteed constants for the remainder of my summer rotation.

Eh, most of the time, the excitement doesn't truly hit me until I have the game in my hands what with everything else that goes on in my life. I'm pretty neutral on it right now, but once I'm holding my copy, I just know I'm gonna be really invested in it.

When it comes to videos on new games, I'm of the belief that the best ones tend to occur after said games are out for a while. That way any sort of hype doesn't cloud the judgement, and updates and DLC can be taken into account.

It's not too late to change it! You could always do something that sounds similar but gives off a different feel. Something like MrBeast44, perhaps. That won't confuse you with anybody.

Friendly reminder that indie studios don't lay off employees for no reason and have a much higher chance of making games you'd actually like.
