Minor gripe but I cannot buy a Hampshire kit that is the same as the womens but for man. The kit is the same but the front of shirt sponsor is different. I want to expressively show my support for the womens team.

I know people don't like the auction for #TheHundred but, 21 players got picked up at 15K this year, the lowest band.
Last year 40 players were on 10K or 12.5K. Yes the big players got more money. But the lowest salary band went up by 50%, that is a good thing for the players

Just imagine if, for example, Irish players wouldn't count as overseas? I can't imagine many English domestic clubs would be willing to give up an overseas slot for Irish players, except Prendergast.

I believe the lowest band is 15K? So at a minimum if you get picked up for 3years you are going to be earning £1000 a week to play cricket in August in front of large crowds.
Sounds pretty good to me.
Players in any sport are being traded and sold for decades now. Again it is not perfect but players can opt in or out if they like to.
