Censer of Ignition (5e) Wondrous item, rare This metal censer bowl is shaped like a small brazier with steel legs molded to look like a roaring fire. You can use an action while touching the censer to expend a spell slot without casting a spell, instead directing your magic to light the censer for 1 minute. The censer makes fires burn more intensely within 30 feet of it. Any creature that takes fire damage in the area while the censer is lit takes an additional 1d6 fire damage per level of the expended spell slot—1d6 fire damage for a level 1 spell slot up to 9d6 fire damage for a level 9 spell slot. The censer can’t be used this way again until the next dawn.

Wing Chimes (5e) Wondrous item, uncommon This set of wind chimes fashioned to look like a bird in flight can keep watch for you. Once per day, you can spend an action to place the chimes on the ground while mentally choosing up to 10 creatures, including yourself, to protect. The chimes then hover about 5 feet in the air for 8 hours. If a creature hostile to any of the creatures you designate comes within 500 feet of the chimes during that time, the chimes telepathically notify all the designated creatures in the area, waking them if they’re asleep, and grants them a flying speed of 50 feet for 1 minute. The chimes then become inactive, having expended their magic for the day.

Moonlit Pack (5e) Wondrous item, uncommon This crescent-shaped backpack has the stats of a standard backpack but with a twist: the interior changes under moonlight. The pack is actually the equivalent of two backpacks, one accessible when the pack is exposed to direct moonlight and the other accessible the rest of the time. Each interior holds the same amount of items (up to 30 pounds within 1 cubic foot). When one interior is available, the other exists as an inaccessible extradimensional space. If the bag is destroyed, the contents in the extradimensional space are lost forever.

Twin Truths Bracelets (5e) Wondrous item, very rare These bracelets consist of silver links which periodically depict the shape of an eye. They come as a linked pair, and one loses all magical properties if the other is destroyed. When two different creatures each wearing one of the linked bracelets are within 60 feet of each other, they instantly learn each other’s true names and perceive each other’s appearances as though they have Truesight. They can prevent this effect by succeeding on a DC 25 Wisdom saving throw, suppressing the bracelets’ ability until dawn of the next day. The other wearer learns the successful save occurred but not who made it.

Activate—Learn Truth [free-action] (concentrate, revelation) Frequency once per day; Trigger You are wearing one of the linked bracelets and are within 60 feet of another creature wearing the other linked bracelet; Effect You gain the effects of a 6th-rank truesight spell for the purpose of perceiving the other creature, using your Perception modifier for the counteract check. If the check succeeds, you also learn the other creature’s true name. No other creature can Activate this bracelet again until your next daily preparations.

Spell Stamp (5e) Wondrous item, uncommon (requires attunement) This jade statuette is carved in the shape of a stamp with an elephant for the handle. While you’re wearing the stamp, it can be used as a spellcasting focus. Doing so allows you to choose to add a unique effect to each spell you cast. This effect is equivalent to that of the minor illusion cantrip in the space you target with your spell and with a duration of 1 round. You determine the effect when you attune to the stamp, and you can only change it if you spend time with the stamp as though attuning to it again. The effect acts as a magical signature you add to your spellcasting that allows other creatures to recognize it came from you. This effect can be used to validate your identity when casting a spell from afar, such as sending a message telepathically. You can also use the effect to attempt a Charisma (Intimidation) check with advantage on creatures who perceive it and know of you by reputation when you’re out of combat or during your first round of combat. The targets then become temporarily immune to the effect for 1 hour.

Spell Stamp (PF2) Item 2 Invested, Magical Price 30 gp Usage worn; Bulk L This jade statuette is carved in the shape of a stamp with an elephant for the handle. Activate—Stamp Spell [free-action] (concentrate) Trigger You Cast a Spell; Effect You create a unique effect in the space you targeted with the triggering spell which is an image or sound equivalent to what can be created with the figment cantrip. You determine the effect the first time you Invest the Item, and you can only change it if you spend an hour concentrating on the item while you have it invested. The effect acts as a magical signature that allows other creatures to recognize it came from you. This effect can be used to validate your identity when casting a spell from afar, such as sending a message telepathically. For 1 round after this Activation, you can attempt to Demoralize creatures as though you are in the space where your signature effect last appeared if the target knows of you by reputation. When used this way, Demoralize has the auditory trait if your effect is a sound or the visual trait if your effect is an image, and you don’t take a circumstance penalty for not speaking a language.

While the goblet is inside a building that you legitimately own, it refills each day at dawn with cold, clear spring water. You can use an action to drink from the goblet to enter a trance for 1 minute, during which time your body is unconscious and your mind glimpses scenes from the site’s history. If another creature drinks from the goblet, it doesn’t enter a trance. Instead it must succeed on a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed by you and any of your allies present for 1 hour. This effect ends early if the drinker is threatened or harmed. The goblet has no effect outside the building.

If another creature Activated the goblet, the goblet attempts to apply the effects of a DC 15 1st-rank charm spell on the creature to alter the target’s attitude toward you and any of your allies present.

Oopsy Daisy (5e) Wondrous item, rare This enamel pin depicts a frazzled daisy that has not had a good day. The pin has 4 charges. While wearing it on your clothing, you can use a reaction to expend 1 charge when a creature targets you for an attack to cause the creature to have disadvantage on the attack roll. You then also have disadvantage on your next ability check, saving throw, or attack roll. If a creature that has disadvantage due to the oopsy daisy fails or misses due to the disadvantage, the creature also accidentally injures itself as a result, taking 1d4 bludgeoning damage.

Oopsy Daisy (PF2) Item 5 Consumable, Magical, Misfortune, Talisman Price 25 gp Usage affixed to armor; Bulk — Activate [free-action] (concentrate) Trigger A creature targets you with an attack. This enamel pin depicts a frazzled daisy that has not had a good day. When you Activate it, the triggering creature must roll the attack twice and use the worse result. If the creature misses, they also accidentally hurt themself making the attack, taking 1d4 bludgeoning damage. You then must roll your next Reflex save during the next round twice and use the worse result. If you fail the save, you trip and fall prone, taking 1d4 bludgeoning damage.
