Just got home, this better be the last hospital stay for a loooooong fucking time.
The staff here has been alright this time...so far... I'm still waiting for it.
AV Medical Center staff were very tolerant if not supportive of my transition, back in October anway. In December, I had some truly horrible staff "caring" for me. Hasn't happened so far this time, but it's only day 3.
They keep going on about medication interactions with the antibiotics, but in October and December in was on the same antibiotics and got the antiboyotics with no issue... but now?
Fuck, they gave me my pain meds... opioid pain meds... NARCOTIC PAIN MEDICATION... with less of a problem.

This place was great for me as a transwoman, no problems getting my hrt meds and no bad staff experiences... back in October anyway.
Less than 6 months later, I've had to fight, A WHOLE DAMN LOT, to get my hrt.....
Back in this stupid fucking hospital again, for the same stupid fucking foot. 3rd fucking time now! This is the last time, because if this shit happens again, I'll just die miserably at home..... fuck this fucking place!

Finally home from the hospital.....after praying to Santa Clause this morning to get me home. Guess I was a good enough girl this past year because it worked.

Finally home, being in the hospital sucks, but I had so many pretty nurses that treated me with respect. No deadnaming or misgendering, a couple of them even corrected some of the hospital staff for me. I may have lost my left toes, but it was a semi positive experience thanks to the nurses.

I usually don't, but Metroid Dread tricked me by turning a beloved series of games into something unnecessarily difficult. Long time fans complained enough that the devs had to add an easier difficulty.
Seriously, games are meant to be an escape from the suffering that is reality. I want to enjoy myself, not endure suffering in a different font.
Maybe it's just the anxiety talking, but it really sounded like some sort of Final Solution reference. Has anybody else heard this line being said or is this maybe some sort of local to me(Lancaster,CA...very right wing) MAGA thing?

One thing they kept repeating during this really had my attention and is what really scared me.

Every time one of them said it, the other two would put a clenched fist to their chest and bow their head and said something under their breath I couldn't make out.
I was at the sheriff's station trying to report mail theft, which I didn't get to do thanks to an anxiety attack in the lobby. It was caused by these 3 MAGA chuds that kept going on and on, f***ot this and tr***y that, libs, commies, you name it, they were ranting about it. Over an hour I waited.
