I first noticed it when I tried to open an ANZ Plus account & then noticed it again when trying to open an account with UBank.

The ANZ Plus account was especially annoying cos I was already an ANZ customer but couldn’t open the other account coz I had no license or passport

I don’t understand why the photo card isn’t also seen as valid ID. It’s issued by the same authority as driver’s license & you need to present the same amount of ID to get one
