Honestly I think it does count because of the scalpers proving it, they’re gambling for the rare cards to it sell back

The only way I could see these being useful is that kids learn early that “gambling is a scam” from the blind boxes but at the same time, it could make them become a gambler in the future too….

It’s very scummy indeed, I see people buying like 50 of said blind box just for a certain type and all of it just goes into landfill right after
