All delegations are led by trained canvassers and volunteers canvass in pairs.
Script / talking points provided.
Each canvassing session will be approximately 2-3 hours long and will consist of:
- Brief training
- 2 hours canvassing in pairs
- A brief debrief after
These outreach efforts are an integral part of our ongoing Housing & Safety for All campaign and are designed to build our collective power to improve life for everyday working class Nashvillians.

All in-person canvass days will be weekends (typically mornings, some afternoons) in Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, and May.
The purpose of our outreach will be to engage and organize Nashvillians directly impacted by housing unaffordability, criminalization, and a lack of authentic community safety.
