Life long "can't deal with food b4 10 am & struggle after 7". Recent ADHD diagnosis & RX. Do I take meds super early & hope it wears off b4 eating becomes something that causes me grief all night or try & cram the right nutrients down 10-ish, then dose up & hope for the best? (Soz blood sugar)

HOWEVER if somebody picks up any of my beloved family of pens, and, worse, if they look like they are going to try & write with it...all bets are off. Unless it cost me less than £3 on Ebay, it only holds about 10 ml ink tops, has a super fine nib & I use it primarily for annotations. But still.
I started out like it was so precious but then the urge to write with it took over. Then a boss I once had used a little leather pouch for his matching Montblanc ballpoint & fountain pen & was so fastidious about keeping them safe. Like, mate, collector or embracer of scribing. CHOOSE.
But... that's normal, right? I do have 1 v expensive pen that I take out w me but only in v controlled situations after somehow misplacing it for TWO MONTHS in a RIDDOR report binder at work that I rarely used. Montblanc Meisterstuck Chopin. Cos the clip IS A PIANO KEY. Had it 20 years. Writes great

Is this democracy or MPs keeping their own options open? You vote for one party. Your MP switches to another. The UK Govt says that’s fine, no need to check if that's what the constituency wants. You might have to wait up to 5 years to make your view known at the ballot box.
