So with Sonic Crossworlds, I did a LOT of file management with character mods + the extended roster mod to really give the game the vibes of a nice modern big roster with good series rep beyond the usual cast it shoulda had (with collab characters in their own row)

I hate how since it was following Twilight, they replicated the Team Peeta vs Gale thing, made the Hanging Tree song a sensational club remix, and threw it in with other YA novels which completely ignored the messaging altogether. It's so sad... but going back to it as an adult is CRAZY

Its frustrating bc the books are INCREDIBLE- very sophisticated amd especially relevant with great theming. But the fact it was a YA novel + the movie marketing and fans pushing it AS just a YA novel- focusing on the love interests and competition made everything go over ppl's heads.
