The first season finale of #StarfleetAcademy was fine, it was cool that they relied on science, diplomacy, subterfuge, and even a bit of romance to resolve the plot. I wish I hadn't been reminded that Discovery's finale jumps us to after these events, but at least it focused on the personal drama.
