But we do want someone we know is able to be active in the community both in Twitch and Discord. It's really hard to foster a sense of connection if you're not spending time with fellow team mates.

5️⃣ Someone who is actively streaming

Since we are a stream team, we do have expectations for our members. While we are not too strict, something that we like to see is consistent streaming over a set period of time. If you've done 1 or 2 streams in the past month, that's not necessarily a bad thing

4️⃣ Someone who has participated in B4 events in the past

Occasionally, we open up events to the community beyond just our team members. Just this year, we've opened up a raid train and SGF coverage to members in the community!

Showing us that you want to participate is a definite stand out!

People who are lifting others up and making the world a better place is something that we can't get enough of! (Peep our upcoming charity event in August)

Is it good to promote yourself? Absolutely. But we want to see what you stand for.

3️⃣ Someone who is using their platforms for good

Do you host charity streams? Do you highlight and support other creators and causes that you look up to/support? Do you call out negative behavior?

Those are attributes that are important to us!

2️⃣ Someone who is active in B4 streams

If we see you all the time in multiple B4 streamers' chats, then we're definitely more likely to accept you. Why? Because we already know that you mesh with some of the community!

Again, we don't want people who are only in this for themselves.

We want collaboration. We want people who want to be a part of THIS. We don't want people who are in it just for themselves. That's not what a team is for.

If we don't see you around or only when applications are about to be reviewed, that's something we take notice of 🫣

1️⃣ Someone who is active in the community

We don't want people who want to be part of "a" team. We want people who want to be a part of B4! We're serious about the genuine connections we want this community to make.

Too often streaming communities don't have that. We want friendship.
