This is an image that I created to describe the journey to recovery for those living with pain. If you are living with pain, where are you on this path?

The 3 Pain Types: Nociceptive, neuropathic, and “other” Nociceptive, neuropathic, and "other": the pain of damaged tissue, damaged nerves, and poorly understood conditions like fibromyalgia.

“Good for #chronicpain”? Um, what kind?

If a pain treatment isn’t for a specific kind of patient, it’s probably BS.

No one thing can be very useful for several different types of pain (and effectively infinite sub-types).
