Good thread.
I’ve started seeing a few books include a “none of this book was produced with it, nor will I ever use it” statements which makes me happy. (I plan on having one.)
Ok, this is wonderful. (And Nicole, don’t think I didn’t notice that one man who joined the procession!)
Right??
Wow, my body told me to take a nap this afternoon….and it actually helped!
Wild.

DOING ITTTTTTT
Hello everyone. My partner got let go of their job this week and they aren't able to afford rent. I don't have a job of my own, and I also need to afford HRT through all of this. Please donate if you can, and please share this around. Thank you for reading

Holy moly, 10pm. It *is* a Friday, and a good one, but I think it’s time to get off Bluesky.
Goodnight, my lovelies! Be well! 💚
I generally write from the beginning and let it grow organically, which, I know, is kind of writing on hard mode. Outlines and such never seem to work for me.
But I do get surprised by sudden characters, so that’s a plus!
While six looked on, horrified.
Emoria. No.
Apropos of absolutely nothing, but, even with all the mishegos, I’m so happy I’m here. I’ve met some wonderful people, a lot of whom I count as friends, and your support, interest, and presence makes me very happy.
💚
To be fair to myself, I did use some of the vamping to explain why none of the main characters have a cell phone with them, which will probably come in handy later.
That’s…comforting, actually. 💚
Thanks. 💚 I’m going to keep trying to fit it together in my mind!
Kind of hitting the lynchpin between the first half of the book and the second right now, from an emotional payoff (I hope) to the rest of the plot.
I just gotta figure out what the rest of the plot actually is.
I have as much information as you do!
True, true.
Thank you, seriously. I’m going to do my best.
Wow. @blueraccoon.bsky.social
This is legitimately mad emperor stuff.
That’s the problem: I’ve hit a point where I feel the future is unknown and I need to stop vamping and get to it.
It’ll come. But I need more thinking/plotting time. It’s just frustrating.
You’re good to talk to!
Same
TRYING!
This this this this this
“Existential terrorists are so relatable! They’re just like you and me!”
Ugh, that woman.
Nick Cardy covered Superboy 182 (1972).
I…actually know what you mean. It’s way too easy to wave off emotional trauma and pretend it doesn’t exist.
