First run in 3 months after a really bad foot/ankle sprain at the beginning of November (NOT caused by running but by just walking, slowly, in flat trainers! 🤣) A slow steady one to test the waters. ✌️

I was really shaken up about this case - the most emotional one yet. I’ll be thinking about those poor children for a long time to come. All seems like a build up of extremely negative energy, emotions & the horror those nuns inflicted on those children all leaving an imprint through time…
