Another part would be induction light, suggestion heavy. I once surprised a hypnotist by saying all they would need to induce me was to touch my forehead, and I was right. It helped that my expectations was pretty high at the time, so I was already halfway in trance as soon as I laid down. 4/

I have a problem of (I think) falling asleep during long files (as in there are sections I don't remember during trance, not anything to do with amnesia suggestions) so the interaction is necessary to maintain the trance state. I've proven this when there is a live hypnotist guiding the trance. 2/

My schedule has been busy, and next weekend, too, but I am trance-starved so I am reserving an evening this week to do nothing but listen to / watch trance files.

My biggest challenge is choosing what to listen to. I would like files with elements of interaction and post-hypnotic suggestions. 1/

I still need to get my biggest W-2: the online portal barfs on my login because of the apostophe in my name, so it doesn't recognize me, and I have to get a physical copy from the central HR department.

I found out how much I liked being a subject, so I wanted to know everything about it, even more than just the media stuff. Then it was so that I could share that with others.

Getting hypnotized to be affected into finding any hypnosis in media no matter how unrealistic to be very hypnotic and being affected by it just as much as the characters. Spirals, swinging pocket watches, waving hands slowly and saying "You're getting verrrry sleeeeepy"Doesn't matter, you'll ping.

This was strictly a vanilla situation, so I didn't tell them about the words and phrases floating around the empty space in my mind, words like "surrender" and "submit" and "I obey" that just appeared there.

Not saying details, but I've had two deep trances recently, deep enough that I spent an hour under each time, with no awareness of time passage. First time for me, for that length.

All I do remember was the hypnotist talking to me occassionally so I didn't fall asleep.
