My brother and his partner are expecting a baby girl and there’s been a discussion of names. My mother brought up my great aunt, who she loved dearly: Exerene, a name I love also. Exerene practiced poetic recitation, memorizing and performing poetry. We’ll see but my fingers are crossed.

Since this is a response to me, I’ll respond back: I don’t think I can sink Platner that way. I think he’s definitely going to be the Democratic nominee and likely the next Senator. And that means both parties no longer have taboos against candidates who associate with Nazis, and that scares me!
