That happens all the time. The sub coming into coastal waters to exchange personnel, pick up spare parts, etc. Has absolutly nothing to do with refueling. This is a hoax.

Sources out there implying that Germany is offering a version of the F127 and not the F126. Do not think that changes the conclusion much....
