水瓶纪元《海棠作者被捕，耽美创作频繁涉刑出路何在？》

台湾成人网络文学平台“海棠文学城”上的中国作者，自今年6月以来有50多人被捕，罪名是涉嫌淫秽物品牟利。
一些涉案金额在25万元以下的作者，被判刑1年5个月，缓刑两年；也有作者被判刑4年6个月，甚至5年6个月。
