👋 Viktor Gyokeres being introduced to the Arsenal fans at the Singapore National Stadium ahead of today’s game against Newcastle.

Viktor Gyokeres on choosing Arsenal:

"I just felt that it was the right club for me. What I heard from Mikel and Andrea and just what I've seen in the past years. When I was playing against Arsenal last season, I could really feel it was a very strong team. That made me choose Arsenal."

Arsenal confirm the signing of Viktor Gyokeres in a €63m deal (with €10m add-ons).

He has signed a five-year deal and will wear the No.14 shirt.

Arsenal's new away kit for the 2025/26 season has been officially launched.

Noni Madueke will wear the No.20 shirt at Arsenal having completed his move from Chelsea for an initial fee of around £48m.

Mikel Arteta: “Noni is an exciting and powerful young player. He is one of the most talented wide forward players in the Premier League."

Arsenal have confirmed the signing of Olivia Smith from Liverpool - She becomes the first ever £1m transfer in women's football.

Smith: “It’s a privilege and an honour to sign for Arsenal. It’s my dream to compete for the biggest titles here in England and in Europe and I’m excited to get started."

£55m initial fee for Gyokeres, (with a potential of a further £8.6m in future add-ons). It looks like a good deal. If all goes to plan he should be on board in time for the tour to Asia, which is just what Arteta would have wanted and Berta will have been working towards.

Thomas Partey has been charged with five counts of rape and one count of sexual assault.

The offences are reported to have taken place between 2021-22.

Partey is set to appear at Westminster Magistrates Court on Tuesday, August 5th.
