He has to federalize the National Guard in order for them to be under his control, making them like military. Wouldn’t it be then be against the Posse Comitatus Act to send the National Guard (federalized) and other military into cities for law enforcement purposes?

Of the three family members rushed to hospital, one was Goodstein's husband who jumped from 2nd floor after helping other family members escape. Arnie’s injuries may have been the most serious, for he was airlifted to the hospital, he sustained multiple broken bones in his hips, legs and feet.

1/2 This entire thing is so fishy. Ice claims Roberts came to the U.S. on a student visa in 1999, when he would have been 26, however several articles I’ve read say he was raised and spent formative years in NY. Your formative years are not when you are 26!
