I see. You have to edit sculpt again or if you have backup somewhere use that. It's annoying when you remesh sculpt aaaand fingers/toes melds. Needs sculpt details much higher.

That's not an issue. %90 of feet models are toes combined.
This is norma unless you want to rig individual toes for fetish stuff
