Article from RTE, featuring a photo of a man diving into the sea. Text: Amid the gloomy economic outlook, we can at least expect sunshine and blue skies here for a few more days. Senior forecaster with Met Éireann Gerry Murphy says temperatures could reach around 21C today and tomorrow. The highest temperature of the year so far - 20.2C - was recorded in Co Mayo yesterday. Mr Murphy said the Western half of the country will enjoy the best of the good weather. However, there will be a gradual decrease in temperatures from Friday onwards, he said, with temperatures dropping back to around 13C next week with some showers possible.
