This is enraging and the media (Global News) is helping spread disinfo about this project rather than unpacking it.
Now the people spreading the disinfo have even begun to make threats that they’ll quote: “have to defend the park and neighbourhood.” I’m sorry but that language often veils violence.

Not shocked at all. It’s not about reality, it’s about the opportunity to excessively profit when there seems to be an excuse to do so.
