Unfinished lines, I got a DM the next day while I was asleep saying “here’s the colors” and by the time I woke up they continued and finished, they background was a generic forest at day, the complete opposite of what I wanted, I was really disappointed with them and the comm. 5/5
My friends character was one of my original species, I’d sent them a ref of my friends character, but the were using a ref of my character of the same species I’d sent for a previous comm, finally after I’d gotten all missing details sorted out and they were on the shading process with 4/
An unfinished background, still with Japanese lanterns, I said it looked good so far, this was after multiple questions and asking to change details which I’d already specified, at one point I had to point out my friends character was being drawn the the wrong reference, 3/
I even commissioned them about halfway through waiting for a PNGtuber I expected to be done after, only to be given the completed PNGtuber within a couple days, when I finally got them to respond after saying I may pull out when I’ve paid, they responded with a shaded wip, no color yet with 2/
I had one experience where I was getting art with mine and a friends character as a gift, it was a scene of our characters cuddling in Japanese hot spring at night, I waited nearly 2 years for the finished project, while the artstyle is absolutely amazing, the wait time was completely unjustified 1/
