Q: Would you welcome a change in regime in Tehran?

CARNEY: We always would have welcomed a change in regime in Iran ... it is a more complicated situation than merely removing people at the top of that regime.

Q: What does President Trump's actions mean for the US role in the world in the long term?

CARNEY: Do you want me to respond? I don't see a lot of upside to responding to this question the way it was framed.
