Some days you have to just say no to rice and tofu and caramelise a shit load of onions to put on a pizza full of peppers, spinach and halloumi.

A night off of everything; watching movies in bed and then reading until the small hours was just what I needed. Woken up with a structure in my head for a short series i've already been writing after wrestling with it for a while.

Oh thanks it’s been a lifelong thing I just deal with it. It was more the mindset of if you’re in a shit place just do all you can do to get out of it and if you can’t do it alone reach out. That was actually on the Pete Wicks man made podcast. Billingham. Very down to earth by all counts.

Didn’t sleep. Sat up drinking non alcoholic fizzy wine, eating quavers and watching ex SAS people’s motivational talks to get me out of the whining phase I’ve been in for two days. It was like a mini holiday for my soul!
