A creek is gently flowing through a park and on each side of the creek are old crooked trees, with branches leaning over the water. It is early morning and the sun is shining through the branches of the trees, casting a ribbon of light across the water and reflecting the trees. The ground on each side has small areas of light where the sun has broken through. It is a sun-dappled, peaceful scene.

I'm guessing you've tried this but I was having major hip pains at night for months and what helped a ton was one of those between-the-leg pillows (and a firmer mattress but that might be less feasible)
