He’s under 50 but had a stroke, kept smoking after it and ended back in the brain and spine hospital. But he won’t call me back and his wife won’t call me back, they just turn up like “I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE READY”

I hate this fucking guy honestly. Like I have oceans of sympathy for all kinds of people, but when it comes to assholes like this I’m just like “suffer”

I love it when people don’t return my calls or answer my questions and then get mad that something didn’t happen the way they wanted it to

Reduce the heat, cover, and go hang out with the cat for like an hour

Add broth, herbs, bay leaves, salt and pepper. Add back pork and bring to a boil

In the pot we browned the pork in, add fat and fry up a fresh Serrano and an onion. Add tomato and garlic. Once it’s released a lot of the tomato juice add flour and stir, let it thicken up a bit. Add chopped roasted chilis.

FINALLY DONE. Don’t mind the pink spots, as it’s going in the chili to stew
